Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1 business day.

Shipping Time

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link (if available)

This allows you to monitor your order in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for all orders nationwide.

  • Please ensure your phone number is active for order confirmation.

  • COD orders must be paid in full at delivery.

Prepaid Orders

You can also pay through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Debit/Credit Card (if enabled)

Prepaid orders are processed faster than COD.

Order Delays

Your order may experience delays due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Courier issues

  • Seasonal rush

  • Weather conditions

If your order is delayed beyond the mentioned timeline, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement according to our Exchange Policy.

Change of Address

To modify your delivery address:

  • Contact customer support within 12 hours of placing your order.

After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
